Event Pricing

The fixed price to rent the barn is $750 for 4 hours on weekends (Fri-Sun) and $750 for 5 hours on weekdays (Mon-Thurs) This is the minimum price to rent out the barn. UNLESS you purchase both our food and alcohol, then the price of the barn is discounted to $550 rental fee. You can use it for the minimum hours or less, but the price remains the same. If you need additional time, it is an extra $100 per hour added. Our barn can accommodate 50 people for a seated inside event, and around 60 if it is cocktail party style.

If you are booking in the warmer months, and are interested in a indoor/outdoor event please contact us directly regarding the size of your event.

When you rent our barn, we include our table and chairs, as well as our basic black tablecloths, and our stainless steel silverware for up to 50 people. There will be an upcharge if your event exceeds 50 people. There will also be an upcharge should you want to upgrade to our chinaware/specialty flatware, or use our other colors of linens available. Any tablecloth color other than black will be an additional fee of $2 per cloth.

Our in house catering by our private chef begins at $35 per person for a buffet style dinner and $40 per person for a plated style dinner. This allows you to coordinate with our chef to create the meal you desire. We do not have “fixed menu” style catering.

If you rent the barn, you may bring your own meal or catering. However, it must be prepared before arrival. Our kitchen is not available for use .

We do not allow outside alcohol. If you choose to have alcohol at your event, it must be purchased from us directly. Our alcohol offerings are below:

Wine - $10 per glass
Hard Alcohol - $10 per glass
Beer $5 per glass or can

Need a bartender? We can provide you with one for an additional fee of $200.

We do not offer “packages” or “fixed pricing.” We do things separately so that our customers have the freedom to create the event they desire.
